OUR PEOPLE ARE IMPORTANT TO US

The Rhino group employs more than 1500 staff members and creates over 130 jobs within the local community with each new store that opens. Training and development programmes are held at the Rhino training academy. The academy exists for staff advancement in their areas of responsibility and ongoing education in HIV/Aids. The drive to open stores across the country will be managed by staff schooled at the academy. A dedicated HR team also visits stores on a weekly basis to ensure that all training and development is up to the highest standards.
